Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

When it comes to buying, selling or home maintenance, Legacy Home Inspections strives to provide you with a quality and professional home inspection. The inspection strictly follows the Standards of Practice as set forth by InterNACHI, so you can be assured a superior inspection.

An informed decision should be your only decision. That is why the inspection will include a walk-through of the home with you and your agent and will provide you with crucial information about needed maintenance or repairs. Major issues or concerns will be presented along with items to be considered for future maintenance. You will also be provided a Spectora report in an easy-to-read, HTML and/or PDF format, and with included pictures for reference.
